The Experience Concept

Most community shuttles are purely functional — they move people from A to B. The OTC Community Shuttle is fundamentally different. It's a rolling entertainment experience that happens to move people around.

Live Host

An energetic onboard host provides humor, local storytelling, real-time business shoutouts, and keeps the atmosphere fun and engaging throughout the ride.

Conversion Moment

A signature moment mid-ride where the host presents a QR code linked to OTC's donation page — turning riders into active supporters of the district.

Business Amplification

The host actively promotes businesses along the route, creating live word-of-mouth marketing that drives foot traffic at each stop.

The Continuous Loop Route

The shuttle runs a 20–30 minute continuous loop covering all key Old Town activity zones. Riders can hop on or off at any stop and re-board on the next pass.

Interior shuttle wraps, seat-back promotions, and onboard audio mentions for local businesses wanting maximum exposure during events.

Private Rentals

Corporate events, brewery tours, bachelorette parties, and group experiences can rent the shuttle for private use outside of public operating hours.
